RETURN POLICY:
At Tracie J Boutique, our goal is to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:
Return Time Period:
You can return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving them. Please note that the 7-day period starts from the date of receipt.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received them. Item must be free from foreign odors such as perfume and smoke as examples. They should also be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Process:
If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at info@traciejboutique.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return address.
Return Shipping:
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item(s) reach us safely. Tracie J Boutique is not responsible for any stolen, damaged, or lost packages during the return process. All these claims should be filed with the chosen shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing or making sure the carrier insurance covers the value of your return, in case one of these unfortunate incidents occurs.
REFUND POLICY:
At Tracie J Boutique, our goal is for our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. However, should you not be satisfied with the product(s) you have received, you have 7 days to return your item(s) to be issued store credit. We do NOT issue refunds or exchanges. Our goal is to process your returns as soon as possible, however, please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive and process returns. All returns will be refunded as store credit, and the funds will be available for you to use at your leisure.
All accessories and items identified as final sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Please note that if you purchase an item at a discounted rate or with a coupon code and return the item, the discount cannot be transferred to your next purchase. All sale codes are ONLY VALID during the time of purchase. (This includes the VIP discount offered on first. chases and coupon codes received through email/text.)
If a customer attempts to return items that are final sale without approval OR if the item is not returned in acceptable condition, we will NOT honor the return, issue a store credit, nor will the item be returned to the customer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
